For all express and priority shipments are shipped and delivered by Royal Mail. Standard shipping options are delivered by Royal Mail. Maya Lashess is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact Mayalashes.com within 10 days from the last scanned date. 

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Mayalashess is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Mayalashess.com has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.exchenge

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

return & exchange policy

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Your order will begin processing once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be cancelled. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused. 100% satisfaction guarantee policy:

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order. Refunds need to be addressed within 30 days from receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the “Bill To” Customer. Please note, we only accept returns from mayalashess.com

  • We do not accept exchanges on any orders.

  • Any refunds for items purchased within gift sets are not accepted separately. All gifts or collection sets must be returned as a whole in order to receive a refund.

  • If your order is returned after 30 days, you will only be eligible for store credit.

  • Packages returned back to Maya Lashess due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.

Defective Products:

If an item may be considered defective, please email info@mayalashess.com indicating your Name and Order Number. Defective items need to be addressed within 14 days from receipt. After 14 days, customers are only eligible for store credit. If the product is deemed defective by Maya Lashess, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.

Mistake or Damaged Order:

Please email info@mayalashess.com within 7 days from delivery with any discrepancy orders, such as mistakes or damaged products.
